tp999 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tp999 platform available at tp999.co (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tp999.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, close your account. Continued use of the tp999 Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on tp999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming;
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing any wager;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion from tp999 or any PAGCOR-registered gaming platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tp999 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors;
• You have the full legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding contracts;
• Online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence.

tp999 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in suspension of the account until compliance is achieved. Any winnings generated while the account remains unverified may be held pending verification.

If tp999 determines that a player has misrepresented their age and is under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and all funds — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling prevention policy.

Each player may open and maintain only one (1) registered account with tp999. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. tp999 may use automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update your account if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tp999 login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes. You agree to notify tp999 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. tp999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account registration is subject to identity verification. tp999 may, at its discretion and as required by PAGCOR compliance obligations, request a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) before activating an account or processing withdrawals.

The minimum deposit on tp999 is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos). tp999 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to your tp999 wallet in Philippine Pesos.

Deposits are processed by third-party payment processors. tp999 is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or force majeure events affecting the Philippine banking and e-wallet infrastructure.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and age verification complete);
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• tp999 reserves the right to apply additional anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing.

tp999 does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, though your e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for standard withdrawals, subject to verification status and volume.

All wagers placed on tp999 are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that each game and betting event on the Platform is governed by specific game rules, which form part of these Terms and are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

tp999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A technical malfunction or software error has affected the outcome of a game;
• A bet was placed after the official close of a betting window due to a system error;
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation is suspected;
• The wager was placed in breach of any applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

In the event of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's tp999 wallet. Winnings generated from voided bets may not be retained. tp999's decision regarding voided bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

tp999 offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion. General conditions applicable to all tp999 bonuses include:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• tp999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits on their tp999 account are not eligible to receive bonus offers during the restriction period.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors — which must be reported to tp999 immediately upon discovery;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using tp999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward tp999 staff or other players.

All content on the tp999 Platform, including but not limited to the tp999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of tp999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the tp999 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from tp999.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from technical outages, maintenance windows, or internet connectivity issues.

tp999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their tp999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

tp999 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game rule;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a specified time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered Philippine payment method within a reasonable period, subject to AML verification procedures.

Your use of tp999 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tp999.co/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains how tp999 collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements.

By registering and using tp999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where your personal data must be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, or law enforcement authorities as required by law, tp999 will do so without further notice to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of tp999 shall first be submitted to tp999's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which governs licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. Legal proceedings, if any, shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

tp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tp999 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where possible, by notifying registered players via their registered email address or mobile number. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tp999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
